Free
Materials Distribution
The
Library may make free materials available to the public. The
Board reserves the right to refuse distribution of any materials
by outside individuals or groups to patrons of the Library.
The Board delegates the responsibility for approval of distribution
to the Library Director.
The
Library shall not accept for distribution any materials that
violate established Library policy.
The
Library Director shall have the responsibility to approve
free distributions through the Library.
The Director shall
consider the nature of the materials in light of the mission
and goals of the Library, space requirements and commercial
nature.
