Summer is coming so it is time to get your creative juices flowing! This year the Hart Area Public Library Summer Reading Program is all about the arts. So join us at the HAPL from June 22nd through July 18th and let your imagination go wild with books, art and music.
Students entering 1st through 5th grade in the fall are invited to participate in the Summer Reading Program. Each participant who successfully completes the entire program by reading two HAPL books a week will receive a certificate and other surprises. Visit the library every week to record the books to be eligible for the weekly drawings for special prizes.
Drop in each week from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM on Tuesdays for craft-time and get creative! In addition, all participants and their families are invited to the Summer Reading Celebration that will be held on July 22nd at 6:15 p.m. at the Hart Area Public Library. The evening of fun, food, and surprises will conclude this year's Summer Reading Program.
Call the HAPL at 873-4476 to register and stop in to pick up your SRP reading record and program information. Get ready for some summer fun and Be Creative @ the HAPL!
